sales, profits, expense, cash flow or

In part and/or consideration for the
services and information provided by
Franchise Financiers and Direct Capital,
in no event or such time shall Franchise
Financiers be held liable to you or
anyone, directly or indirectly, whether
in an action in contract or tort, for
any direct, indirect, incidental, special
and/or consequential damages or damages
for any lost profits, use, revenue,
data, savings, business information,
or any other pecuniary loss you sustain,
directly or indirectly, arising in any
way, in whole or in part, out of your
use thereof, even if Franchise Financiers
and Direct Capital have been advised
of the possibility of such damage or
for any acts or omissions relating to
the performance of the services or on
the part of our agents or employees
in connection therewith and the same
shall be your obligation and liability
. This Agreement shall be governed by
and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of New Hampshire where
Direct Capital operates its business.

by working with Franchise Financiers
to obtain a business loan and/or to
review franchise opportunities, you
will be required at a certain point
in time to submit personal information
such as; your name, telephone number,
e-mail address, education, work history
and financial stature. By submitting
your information via Franchise Financiers’
request for information form(s), you
are requesting further information that
will result in you receiving additional
information and correspondence with
us. The information you provide through
Franchise Financiers is held secure
and confidential and will solely and
strictly be used for the purpose of
arranging financing for you.

At no time do we make your information
available to outside companies without
your consent. We will never sell your
